Beginner Class
Get to Know Your Crochet Hook
Perfect for first-timers of any age (recommended 8+)
This class is designed for those who have never picked up a crochet hook before. We focus on building a strong foundation in a relaxed, supportive environment.
What you’ll learn:
- How to hold your crochet hook
- Chaining
- Single crochet
- The basic rhythm and feel of crocheting
We start with t-shirt yarn so you can focus on the motion without getting frustrated by finer yarn.

- 📅 Wednesdays: July 15, 22, 29, & August 5th
- ⏰ 3:30 – 4:30 PM
- ⏳ 4 weeks (1 hour each)

Intermediate Class
Build Your Skills & Confidence
For those who have crocheted before but want guidance and momentum (ages 10+)
If you’ve tried crocheting before but didn’t quite stick with it—or you remember the basics but want to rebuild your confidence—this class is for you.
What you’ll do:
- Learn and practice multiple stitches
- Strengthen your technique
- Work toward completing a beginner project
This class moves at a more comfortable pace for those with some familiarity and helps you actually finish something.

- ⏰ 4:45 – 6:00 PM
- ⏳ 4 weeks (1 hr 15 min each)

Advanced Class
Create Your Own Crochet Projects
For makers ready to bring projects to life (ages 10+)
This class is all about creating something fun, tangible, and uniquely yours.
Project options:
- Axolotl
- Leggy frog
- Mushroom pop-it
- Baby turtle
What you’ll learn:
- How to read a crochet pattern
- Project construction techniques
- How to bring your ideas into finished pieces
Materials:
- Hook and yarn included for your first project
- Yarn for additional projects can be purchased separately

- ⏰ 4:00 – 5:30 PM
- ⏳ 4 sessions (1 hr 30 min each)

✨ About the Instructor
These classes are taught by Cedar, a 14-year-old self-taught crocheter who has been approached by numerous customers asking her to teach kids AND adults. After so much encouragement, she’s excited to finally offer this class and share her love of crochet with the next generation of makers.
